Blue is the new green!  If you’re hosting an event, recycling is a great way to keep it clean and green. The IRC can provide portable, beverage container recycling bins and food waste composting bins for your special occasion. Step 1. Read the rental policies below.

Step 2. Email emily@indianarecycling.org before reserving your bins to ensure they are available and schedule a pickup / drop off time for the bins at IRC office – 708 E Michigan St. Indianapolis IN.  *Renter is in charge of transporting bins to and from event.*

Step 3. Click here to reserve bins!

Step 4. Take pictures at your event and record # of bags recycled and email them to IRC so we can track the impact of our program!

 

RENTALRATES

Bins – IRC Member Rate: Organizational members of the IRC ($100 annual membership and above) can use bins for up to 3 events each year for free. Beyond 3 events, members pay $5/bin.
Bins – Non-Member Rate: $5/bin (minimum charge of $25.00).   

Bags: First 5 recycling/compostable bags FREE. Additional bags 50 cents each.

Signs: We have a limited amount of signage and frames you may also utilize for your event!

Bins must be returned by Wednesday of the following week unless other arrangements have been made.  A $25/bin weekly late fee will be charged for unreturned bins.  If the bins are never returned to the IRC, the credit card on file will be charged $100/bin.
